Building Your Business Plan Series- Company Structure and Management Team

What corporate structure best suits your business plan? Should your company be an LLC or a corporation? Attorney Jeanne Smith will discuss various options for entity formation and structure. She will also address techniques to protect the assets of the Company to maintain and increase its value.

Use the Austin Entrepreneurship Program’s Building Your Business Plan Series to meet local experts and learn from them best practices for preparing business plans (students, faculty and staff and the community are welcome). Students will also gain experience supporting their ideas and projects for submission to The Enterprise Challenge, the OSU business plan competition. FREE and open to students, faculty and the community.
